Create and Manage Live Trainings and OJT Assignments
Managing Trainings in Learnly

The Trainings module in Learnly allows administrators and trainers to create and manage both live training sessions and on-the-job training (OJT) assignments. Live trainings help deliver instructor-led learning experiences, while OJT assignments enable learners to develop skills through hands-on practice under the guidance of an observer.
