How to Create and Manage Live Training Sessions and OJT Assignments
The Trainings module in Learnly enables administrators and trainers to create and manage both Live Training sessions and On-the-Job Training (OJT) assignments. Live Training supports instructor-led learning experiences, while OJT assignments help learners develop practical skills through hands-on activities under the guidance of an assigned observer.
