How to Enroll Users and Teams
The Enrollments module in Learnly allows administrators to assign courses and assessments to individual users or entire teams. This centralized enrollment system helps ensure learners have access to the training and assessments they need while providing administrators with an easy way to manage assignments across the organization.
This article explains how to create enrollments and remove existing enrollments in Learnly.
Access Enrollments
Log in to your Learnly account.
Navigate to People.
Click Enrollments.
The Enrollments page allows you to:
Enroll users in courses or assessments.
Enroll entire teams in learning content.
View existing enrollments.
Unenroll users when needed.
Create a New Enrollment
Use enrollments to assign a course or assessment to a user or team.
Steps
Navigate to People → Enrollments.
Click Add New Enrollment.
Under Select Type, choose whether you want to enroll:
A User
A Team
Select the user or team from the available list.
Under Course or Assessment, select the learning item you want to assign.
Review the enrollment details.
Click Enroll.
The selected course or assessment will be assigned to the chosen user or team.
View Existing Enrollments
Steps
Navigate to People → Enrollments.
Review the list of enrolled users and assigned learning content.
Use the available information to track enrollment assignments across your organization.
Unenroll a User
If a learner no longer requires access to a course or assessment, you can remove the enrollment.
Steps
Navigate to People → Enrollments.
Locate the enrollment you want to remove.
Click Options next to the enrollment.
Select Unenroll.
Confirm the action when prompted.
The learner will no longer be enrolled in the selected course or assessment.
Best Practices
Verify that the correct user or team is selected before enrolling.
Use team enrollments when assigning the same content to multiple learners.
Regularly review enrollments to ensure learners have access to relevant training.
Remove outdated enrollments to keep learning assignments organized.
Align enrollments with learning paths, certifications, and organizational goals.
