How to Customize Branding in Learnly

Published:

Branding allows you to personalize your Learnly portal with your organization's identity. You can update your organization name, upload your logo and favicon, choose your brand color, and configure SEO and social media settings. These customizations create a consistent experience for learners while improving your website's visibility on search engines and social platforms.

Customize Your Organization Branding

Step 1: Open the Branding Page

Navigate to 'Global Settings' > 'Branding'.

1

Step 2: Update Your Organization Name

Under 'Organization Name', enter the name you want displayed across your Learnly portal.

This name appears throughout the application and is also used as the default organization name in metadata.

2

Step 3: Upload Your Organization Logo

Under 'Logo', click 'Choose File' and upload your company logo.

If the uploaded image is larger than the recommended size, Learnly automatically resizes it. Once uploaded, the current logo is displayed as a preview.

3

Step 4: Upload a Favicon

Under 'Favicon', click 'Choose File' and upload your favicon.

4

Step 5: Choose Your Brand Color

Select your organization's primary 'Color' using the color picker or by entering a hexadecimal color value.

If you want to restore the default theme, click 'Reset to Default'. When you're finished, click 'Save Settings'.

5

Step 6: Set Default Language

Select the desired language from the 'Default Language' dropdown, then save your changes.

This language is used for the sign-in page, registration page, and as the initial interface language for all new members. Existing members can change their preferred language at any time from their profile settings.

Step 7: Configure Social Media Preview

Configure the default Open Graph (OG) information that appears when your portal is shared on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.

Once you've completed the fields, click 'Save SEO Settings'.

You have successfully customized your Learnly branding and SEO settings. A consistent visual identity and well-configured metadata help create a professional learning experience while improving how your learning portal appears in search engines and social media.
