How to Create and Manage Readiness Paths

Published:

Readiness Paths help you create structured learning journeys that guide learners through courses, assessments, competencies, on-the-job training (OJT), live training, SCORM packages, and certificates in a predefined sequence.

Instead of assigning learning activities individually, you can combine them into a single learning journey, track learner progress, and measure workforce readiness from one place.

What Can You Include in a Readiness Path?

A Readiness Path can include multiple learning activities depending on your training goals.

ActivityPurpose
CourseDeliver knowledge and learning content.
AssessmentMeasure learner understanding using assessments with configurable passing scores.
CompetencyVerify that a learner has demonstrated a required skill.
OJT TemplateValidate on-the-job performance with supervisor approval.
Live TrainingRequire learners to attend instructor-led or virtual sessions.
SCORM PackageInclude third-party or compliance learning content.
CertificateRequire learners to earn a certificate before completing the path.
