How to Upload and Manage Training Assets

The Library in Learnly is your central repository for storing and organizing all your training assets. Upload documents, videos, images, presentations, and other learning materials in one place so they can be reused across courses, assessments, and learning paths.

This article explains how to access the Library, upload assets, organize them into folders, and manage your content efficiently.

Step 1: Access the Library

From the left navigation menu, expand 'Training Studio' and click 'Library'.

Step 2: Upload Assets

Click 'Upload' in the upper-right corner, then select one or more files from your device.

Your files are immediately available in the Library and can be used when creating courses or other learning content.

Step 3: Create a Folder

In the Library, click 'Folder' to create a new folder.

Step 4: Organize Assets into Folders

Enter a 'Name' for the folder, then save it.

Step 5: Upload Assets to the Folder

Open the folder and click 'Upload Asset' to add files to it.

Step 6: Archive or Delete Assets

Select one or more files, then click 'Archive' to remove them from active use while retaining them, or 'Delete' to permanently remove the selected assets.

The Library helps you keep all your training assets organized and easily accessible from one central location. By efficiently uploading, organizing, searching, and managing your content, you can quickly reuse assets across courses, assessments, and learning paths, making course creation faster and more streamlined.
