How to Configure LTI 1.3 Integration in Learnly
LTI (Learning Tools Interoperability) 1.3 allows you to launch Learnly as an external learning tool directly from your institution's Learning Management System (LMS), such as Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L. This enables learners to seamlessly access Learnly content from their LMS using secure, standards-based authentication.
This article explains how to register your LMS platform and configure the required LTI 1.3 settings.
Before You Begin
Before registering an LTI platform, you'll need assistance from your institution's LMS administrator. They will provide the required platform details during the external tool registration process.
Step 1: Open Integrations
Navigate to 'Global Settings' and select 'Integrations'.
Step 2: Open LTI 1.3
From the available integrations, click 'LTI 1.3 (Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle, D2L)'.
Step 3: Share the Learnly Tool Configuration
Before registering your LMS platform, provide the following Learnly configuration details to your institution's LMS administrator. These values are required when adding Learnly as an external learning tool.
If your LMS supports importing a configuration file, click 'Copy Tool Configuration JSON' and share it with your LMS administrator.
