Assessment Card Quick Actions and Navigation

Use quick actions on assessment cards to quickly access key tabs and manage assessments without opening the assessment first.
Open Assessment Tabs Quickly
From Training Studio → Assessments, each assessment card has a ⋮ menu. Use the menu to open a specific tab or perform an action without opening the assessment first.
| Menu Item | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Enrollments | Opens the Enrollments tab to manage enrolled learners. |
| Distribute | Opens the Distribute tab to access share links and other distribution options. |
| Invitations | Opens the Invitations tab to invite learners and track invitations. |
| QTI Import/Export | Opens the QTI Import/Export tab to import or export questions. |
| Reports | Opens the Assessments report filtered to attempts for that assessment. |
| Copy ID | Copies the assessment ID. |
| Edit Cover / Reposition | Edits or repositions the assessment card's cover image. |
| Publish / Unpublish | Publishes or unpublishes the assessment. |
| Delete | Deletes the assessment. |
The ⋮ menu is available in both Grid and List views.
View Long Assessment Descriptions
On an assessment's page, descriptions longer than three lines are shortened.
Select Show more to expand the description and view the full text.
These quick actions make it easier to navigate, manage, distribute, and update assessments directly from the Assessments page.
